Compliance Management

Fisher Portal brings the main compliance records together. A standard contains clauses. Clauses can have an implementation status, a red/amber/green position, evidence, a next review date and corrective actions. Audits then provide a formal review route and can produce findings and follow-up work.

The normal compliance cycle is:

  1. Enable the standards that are in scope.
  2. Review each clause and record the current implementation and RAG status.
  3. Link evidence from portal libraries or an approved external source.
  4. Schedule or complete an audit.
  5. Record findings and create corrective actions.
  6. Review overdue work from the readiness dashboard.

Registers and Operational Records

Registers turn recurring compliance work into structured records. Each register can use its own field layout, including text, dates, numbers, choices, files and user fields. Entries move through Draft, Submitted, Approved and Rejected states.

Documents and SharePoint

The portal supports two connected document experiences:

  • Documents holds portal-managed files and folders, including deployed templates and controlled company documents.
  • Libraries provides a browsable view of configured document sources, including SharePoint-connected libraries.

Communications and Internal Pages

Client Admins can publish news, FAQs, events, countdowns and HR resources. Spaces, pages, page templates and department pages provide a richer internal site for guidance, useful links and team information.

Platform and Client Administration

Super Admins manage the whole service. They can create client organisations, deploy template packs, manage platform users, switch into a client context and use impersonation for controlled support. Client Admins manage day-to-day settings inside their own organisation.

Everyday Tools

Search covers registers, entries, documents, connected library items, news, FAQs, events, HR pages, countdowns and notifications. The results remain limited to information the signed-in user is allowed to see.

Notifications highlight activity that needs attention. Theme and account preferences follow the user between visits.
